CoVerse is a place to give and receive advice. Lots of new features are constantly being added, so come chat with us!

When a question is asked, that question is forwarded out to select individuals at select time intervals. CoVerse can guarantee you'll receive a response as long as your question meets Standard of Quality.

Questions ideally should not be vague such as "I need help". It would be easier for others to help if questions are more descriptive such as "I need help on staying focused". Questions must comply with our Terms, especially not to use the service to "harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate" others. Questions will be removed and the user will be banned if their question violates our Terms of Service.

Real people from around the world. There are no bots on CoVerse, so please don't be mean to people. CoVerse takes a user's past actions such as how helpful they are (SocialScore), along with other indicators to determine the best helpers for your question. The algorithm is ever evolving since we are constantly tweaking it to make it better. In summary, CoVerse tries its best to get your question answered as quickly and as accurately as possible.

Simply pick a Username that hasn't been taken and you'll be able to register it. Please consider adding password under Settings to protect your account once you're registered. Password is not required but if you were logged out without setting a password, you must send an email to support@coverse.co to have your account recovered. If you're attempting to login but don't remember your password, please send an email to support@coverse.co to have your password reset.

You likely will get multiple responses for every question you ask. Please just give people more time and do not ask the same question again, this is considered spam and by doing so, the user will likely receive a warning from CoVerse.

You can narrow down your initial audience based on gender and age group. Remember other users can still response if they use the "Get a Question" button, so do take into account that you might not always get responses based on the filter you set. The "Mixer" view under "Socialize" can be used as well if you wish to get a question answered by someone specific.

Pulse is a message board system where posts are public for everyone to see and react. Posts and comments are anonymous by default, but you can also share non-anonymously. Comments for non-anonymous posts will also be non-anonymous. Everyone can publish at most 2 World posts and 4 Friend posts. You can publish a more, but your earliest post will be deleted.

Mixer is a place that shows a set of users who are available to chat and assist you. You can have a private chat with this user, or go to their public Q&A page to either ask a new question or view their responses to previous questions.

Mixer Chats are private chats between two users. To help you better pick which user to chat with, their Reply Rate (percentage of times they reply back to a chat) and Reply Time (average amount of time it takes for them to send their first response) is displayed. Only the first response back to a received Mixer Chat is calculated towards this rating. ie: if someone sends you a Mixer Chat, only your first text/image response back to that person is used to calculate your Reply Rate & Reply Time.

Mixer Q&A is a public questions that can be asked anonymously by anyone. Your response to those questions will also be public. If you do not wish to reply to a question, feel free to remove it. The first 5 questions are template questions to help you get started.

Interesting weekly questions from around the web. Ask it to subscribe to this topic and get notified when someone replies, or answer it to give your opinion on this topic. Everything is anonymous as usual. If the asker replies to your answer, then you'll be able to continue the conversation from there.

Similar to anonymously asking the world a question, you can "anonymously" chat with one of your friends by going to their profile. Your friend will only know this message came from one of their friends, but they won't know it's directly from you. Of course they can guess that it's you, so if you use the anonymous friend message feature to message a friend who only has one friend, then they would "know" this message came from you. You can check their profile to see how many friends they have first before sending them an anonymous message.

You earn points in CoVerse by communicating with others and helping them. You'll receive 25 points if the original question asker decide to thank you using the "Thumbs up" feature. As you gain more points, your rank will change. Currently the points needed for a specific rank are 300, 600, 1000, and more. There are currently 9 ranks in total.

You earn achievements for doing specific activities within the app. Examples include: Adding friends, asking questions, giving and receiving "thumbs up", and being the first to answer an unsolved question.

Gifts can be purchased from the Shop using Points. Currently Gifts include only Stickers, you can send a Sticker to someone and that person can either resend the Sticker out, or sell it back to the Shop for Points.

You can deactivate your account under Settings->Advanced Settings->Unregister. You can also email support@coverse.co if needed. We would like for you to stay, so consider sending us a suggestion to help us improve!

We do not store any external data from your device on CoVerse. Every message you send using CoVerse is encrypted and every question you ask anonymously will allow you to remain anonymous even if your friends are answering that question. If you have an incoming pending friend request, that user will not be able to view your profile.
